Guest about renting our apartments

It has already been our 2. time to stay at Apartment Kocevar. Boris is a really caringful host and makes the stay as pleasant as possible. The apartments are well situated with a nice view from the terrace over Portoroz bay. Good base for trips in the surrounding. Bed is comfortable and clean. A/C was working perfect. There is barbecue place and enough space for the cars. Thank you very much!

Everything was fine!

Wir hatten das Appartement A4 mit Terrasse und schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Bilder waren genauso wie vor Ort. Für uns ein mehr als gelungener Urlaub. Boris war der beste und netteste Vermieter den wir je hatten. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Preis/ Leistung war im Vergleich mehr als ok.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Such a lovely apartment with the most amazing view! Our host was very hospitable and responsive to all of our requests. Everything was clean and set up perfectly for our needs. I would highly recommend this apartment for the next visitors.

Wir waren zu dritt fast 2 Wochen in Apartment Kocevar in Portoroz. Sowohl das Apartment als auch der Gastgeber verdienen die höchsten Noten. Alles praktisch eingerichtet, sauber, schöne Aussichten auf das Meer aus der großen Terrace. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Gastgeber Boris Kocevar sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, einfach toller Mensch. Alles zu einem sehr fairem Preis.

Zelo lep apartma in prostor pred njim. Super za majhne otroke, še posebej igralnica je našega fanta popolnoma navdušila. Lastnik zelo prijazen in pripravljen pomagati/odgovoriti na vsako vprašanje.

Kar se mene tiče, je bilo vse ok...vroče, pa prehitro je minilo. Še pridemo...!

Küchenutensilien etwas spärlich. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden

We had a good time at the apartment number 4. Boris was a great host and very helpful and uncomplicated from the beginning. The indoor playground was perfect for our little ones. If you travel with kids, I would recommend wagons or strollers with enough space to walk downhill to the beaches. After 2 days we switched to the car and drove there...simply too much stuff and the kids to carry ;-). That's the only disadvantage, that you can't just quickly go back and forth, but also no big surprise if you have a closer look at the map.

Bilo smo zelo zadovolni kot z apartmajom ki smo ga dobili, tako tudi z lokacijo. Lastnik zelo prijazen. Ce bo le možnost se bomo še z veseljem vrnili.

S partnerjem sva bila zelo zadovoljna, tako z lastnikom apartmaja kot tudi s samim apartmajem in njegovo okolico.

Imeli smo se super. Všeč nam je bilo, da smo lahko imeli avto pod streho, tudi igralnica za otroke je super.

Zelo lep pogled na morje, primerno za majhne otroke. Lastnik prijazen in ustežljiv. Priporočam za družine z otroci.

Zelo lepo urejen in odlično opremljen apartma na prečudoviti lokaciji.

Wir, 2 Brüder, haben im Apartmaji Kočevar eine tolle Woche verlebt! Für unsere Motorradtagestouren ein super Ausgangspunkt! Eigentümer/Vermieter Boris war ein toller Gastgeber und da selber Motorradfahrer, konnte er neben allgemeinen Tipps, gute Tourentips geben! Wir kommen wieder!

Zadovoljni z namestitvijo, prostorna terasa, lep razgled na ves zaliv.

Ta nastanitev ima nepogrešljivo ponudbo in odlicno lokacijo za otroke in starše.Zelo prijazen lastnik.Odlična lokacija,lahko se sprehodite tako do Portoroža kot do Pirana.Krasen pogled iz apartmaja.Priporočamo
